I’ve been doing pilates for quite a few years but let me tell you, you haven’t done Pilates until you’ve done it with Gen at Bodysense! She really knows her stuff and how to get you to achieve your full potential. Since being with Gen I have never experienced lower back pain (which was quite common the years before), my body is much more toned and I’m even starting to develop a waist! (I’m one of those people small butt no waist line..) My core is so much stronger which also helps when I do chores like gardening and other things that involve bending and squatting. I get lots of compliments from family and friends and people frequently ask what I do to look to toned. In order to maximise the results I needed to change from Pilates once a week to at least twice, often three times a week which has made a huge difference. Once a week just doesn’t quite cut it. I really miss Pilates when I’m away. I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing this for the rest of my life, it makes me feel good about myself.
